Success at GreenUrbanScape Asia 2013

 
 
Jebsen & Jessen Technology ‐ Turf & Irrigation together with its principals; Toro, Club Car, Simplot, Avant and McConnel participated in this inaugural event held at Singapore Expo Convention & Exhibition Centre from 7 November to 9 November. Over a span of 72sqm booth space, Jebsen & Jessen showcased the latest machinery for enhancing productivity and irrigation solutions.
 
Henrik Friis, Regional Director of Jebsen & Jessen Technology – Turf & Irrigation, took the opportunity to officially launch the Avant Compact Multi‐Purpose Loader. Mika Jarvinen, Sales Manager from Avant Technology was also present to celebrate this launch. Demonstration on the uses of Avant 750 Compact Multi‐Purpose Loader and its capability in tight manoeuvres was conducted by Mr Jarvinen. Together with its more than 100 attachments it certainly was an attraction.

Alongside the Avant Compact Loader, we also demonstrated of the McConnel Remote Mower Robocut. First in Asia, this labour saving device has been, endorsed by Minister Mr Lim Swee Say on his facebook page; “Making the job and life of workers Easier Safer Smarter is the best way to improve productivity and wages. ESS!”

Toro Irrigation’s turnkey solutions from greenwall to residential & commercial requirements enjoyed the usual success with contractors visiting our stand. A six metre long greenwall incorporated with  Toro Irrigation solutions was on show in our exhibition booth.


About the Event

GreenUrbanScape Asia 2013 concluded a successful three intense days of high‐level discussion and networking among some 4,000 visitors from 37 countries. Supported by the Australian Institute of Horticulture , the British Association of Landscape Industries, the Indonesia Flower Association, the International Association of Horticulture Products, the Landscape Contractors Association of the Philippines, the Landscape Industries Association of Western Australia, the Orchid Society of South East Asia, the Taiwan Floriculture Development Association, and the Workplace Safety and Health Council (Singapore), this landmark event was held alongside the second International Skyrise Greenery Conference - which successfully attracted close to 650 industry delegates from 27 countries.
